Benefits Summary

Major medical benefits are provided under CAI’s Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield group plan. These benefits include major medical, hospitalization, physician care and a pre-paid prescription drug program.

Dental benefits are provided under CAI’s Delta Dental Premier group dental plan.

CAI participates in a corporate TRICARE Supplement plan through ASI.

CAI offers a pre-tax plan which can be put aside for qualified medical expenses (co-pays on medical and dental, child care, over-the-counter medication).

Vision benefits are available under CAI’s VSP vision plan.

CAI provides group life insurance through Reliance Standard.

Additional life insurance coverage is available for employees and dependents under CAI’s Life Insurance plan.
