As the Program Manager/Facility Security Officer, Andy has over 21 years of corporate leadership experience and over 26 years of experience in the Army as a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer with 8 years in Special Operations Community. Prior to joining the Cruz corporate team Andy worked in the Technology Development Directorate-System Integration Demonstration as a Project Integrator/Operations Support Specialist.
Andy holds an MSM (Leadership) and a Ph.D. in Leadership and Executive Management
